Q: These carpets seem to be a very good deal. Is there anything wrong with them?
A: Most of the carpets listed on this website are first quality, but there may be some second quality goods shown, if you will notice each of the larger swatch views gives you a quality description.
Q: Can I get more of a product if I need it?
A: No. In most cases these lots will no longer be available. However, for an additional cost we can customize the carpet for you. Call us for more information on custom orders.
Q: Do these clearance carpets come with a guarantee?
A: No. Since these are clearance items and are sold at rock-bottom prices there are no guarantees and all sales are final.
Q: What about installation and shipping?
A: All shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. We will ship the product the best possible way, or by the customer’s preferred shipping method.
Q: Can I get samples of the clearance carpets?

Q: Does the carpet look exactly the way I see it on my monitor?
A: No, due to variation in monitor settings and surrounding light, colors will vary from the actual tones. That is why we recommend that you request a sample for accurate color.
